User notes for the CCMM Group Power Point templates

These templates were tested on PowerPoint 2016 running on Windows.

1. Please download the template and open it in your own copy of PowerPoint (or other presentation software) before editing.
2. All the boxes / circles/ titles / sponsor logos are left in place so that if you wish to tweak the theme you can do so or replace the logos with your own sponsors in the space given, you can do so
3. The default size is A1 poster at 100%, but if you custom size it with the dimensions of the appropriate paper size, and select to 'Ensure Fit' rather than to 'Maximise Fit', you should get a smooth scaling.
4. Obviously any font can be used in lieu of the one in the template; however the specific font used in the template is Merriweather, which is not a default Powerpoint font. If anyone would like to use this font, I have made sure to 'embed' the font in the file, so any changes made within the file should preserve the font. So opening this template and saving as a new file (while ticking the embed font option in Powerpoint)* should do the trick.

*To do this on Powerpoint, go to File > Options > Save > Embed fonts in the file.
